Reclaim Passion, Pleasure and Power After Sexual Violation

No matter where you are on your healing path, it’s easy to get stuck, especially when it comes to strong emotions (like anger or grief), sensuality issues, and feelings of disempowerment. This workshop¾taught by wellness trainer, sexuality educator, author, and fellow survivor Laura Zam¾helps participants propel forward into new, healthy areas of growth, involving Passion, Pleasure and/or Power. Using dialogue, writing, ritual, and art-making, we examine where we’d like to go in our lives as well as what is holding us back. Be prepared for fresh insights, fun, and community. All participants walk away from this workshop with a personalized amulet they create themselves. Use it for protection or as a reminder of your life vision or this next part of your journey.

We will be also talking about CBD and how it can spice up your sex life.
